(2) Material
Our material are from Lucite Shanghai Branch, They are 100% Virign. The acrylic made by Lucite MMA are super clear and hard.
(3) Molds
All of our molds are Pilkington Glasses from UK. Pilkington Glasses can make our acrylic surface smooth and tolerance very small. |

 (4) Technology
The technology is also imported from Taiwan. We have five Taiwan engineers,managers working in our production,quality control and management departments.They brought us the full system of Taiwanese management, quality control and production. It make our acrylic in good quality to meet international standard.
(5) Quality Control
We have very strict quality control system. We do not allow even one piece of defected acrylic sheet sold from our factory, that is our principle. So our acrylic sheets are without any bubbles,scrathes,spots,moisture and yellowish. All the PVC gaskets are cut trimly.

 II PVC Foam Sheets Production
(1) Machinery :We have five PVC foam sheets extrusion lines imported from Austria and Germany. Now we can produce max. width of 2050 mm PVC foam sheets. We are one of the few manufacturers who can produce this width in China.

 (2) Materials: All of our PVC resins are imported from Korea. |

|
 (3) Quality Control
Our PVC foam sheets quality is very good in the surface,density,colors and so on. Before packing,we inspect each sheet carefully.The ones which have defects such as spot, dust,extrusion lines will be selected and taken out. |
